At AidaPods, we believe that ensuring the well-being of your team is at the heart of your business. Our innovative first aid spaces provide a safe, clean, and fully-equipped environment for assessing injuries or illness in the workplace. Designers of bespoke First Aid Rooms within your existing workplace or offer our ready constructed mobile First AidaPod, that can be situated as needed on your work site and moveable as your business needs change.
Founded in 2019 by a former mechanical engineer with extensive experience in construction, AidaPods was created to address the need for better first aid facilities. After personally witnessing delays in medical assistance – both in the workplace and at home – I recognised the critical importance of having a dedicated, self-contained medical space.
In 2023, we launched AidaPods – a solution designed to support businesses in complying with Health & Safety regulations while ensuring the safety of their workforce. Our pods offer a comfortable, well-equipped area to assess and stabilise patients, while also enabling direct communication with trained medical professionals if further assistance is required.

“I was immediately drawn to the AidaPods stand at the Exhibition. The AidaPods has everything we need, already installed, in a handy package reducing our need to shop around for suitable equipment, they elevate the standard of our current first aid room which is very old and in need of attention.
